How do I prepare?

Try not to eat anything 1.5-2h before the session. Wear comfy clothes, bring a water bottle, and a journal if you'd like to reflect after the session.

Sanna is a certified breathwork teacher and former nurse from Sweden. With a calm, supportive presence, she guides sessions that help regulate the nervous system, release stored emotions, and reconnect with the body.
