Our 90-minute workshops are small guided sessions to help you move out of your mind and into your body.
What to expect
The workshops are designed to bring calm to your nervous system, clarity to your mind, and connection to what matters most.
Through guided breathwork, music, and gentle movement, we create space for emotional release, deeper awareness, and a renewed sense of presence and connection.
All sessions are in English.
The teacher
Sanna is a certified breathwork teacher and former nurse from Sweden. With a calm, supportive presence, she guides sessions that help regulate the nervous system, release stored emotions, and reconnect with the body.
A note on safety
While breathwork is generally safe for healthy individuals, some techniques — especially those involving faster breathing or longer breath holds — may not be suitable for everyone.
For your safety, we kindly ask that you do not join this session if you have any of the following conditions:
Neurological conditions (e.g., epilepsy, history of stroke)
Cardiovascular issues (e.g., high blood pressure, heart disease)
Metabolic disorders (e.g., diabetes)
Respiratory conditions (e.g., asthma, COPD)
Anxiety or panic disorders
Pregnancy
