vilda comes from the Swedish word “vild” — meaning wild.
To us, living a wild life means staying connected to your breath, your body, and what truly matters.
We are here to create space to slow down, listen inwards, feel, connect, explore, and transform.
My background
I’m Sanna — a certified breathwork facilitator with a background in healthcare and UX design. I’m originally from Sweden and now based in Switzerland.
I started vilda to hold space for others to pause, feel, and reconnect — in a way that’s honest, down-to-earth, and grounded in real life. My focus is on creating calm, supportive spaces where people can move at their own pace — to feel and explore.
Our approach to breathwork
Breathwork is at the core of what we do at vilda. By controlling our breath we can control our lives. It’s a powerful, practical tool to regulate the nervous system, release tension, and reconnect with what’s real.
Our sessions are built around intentional breathing — with the core being the three-part breath. Our sessions are balanced and designed with a specific need in mind. Some techniques are slow and grounding, others more activating or expressive, but all are held in a safe, supportive space.
We combine breathwork with music and movement to create immersive experiences that feel both accessible and deeply restorative.
